It was a special celebration enjoyed by all in honor of Mrs. M’s retirement at Now Jade Riviera Cancun!
When Now Jade Riviera Cancun guest Mr. M arrived at the resort, he contacted the chief concierge, Rafael Lara, to share that he and his wife would be celebrating an important milestone during their stay. His wife had just retired after 37 years of service in higher education.
Wanting to ensure that the couple properly celebrated her years of dedication and achievement, Rafael began to plan a tribute to her career. He and the rest of the Now Jade team decided to surprise Mrs. M by projecting a touching video on the big screen located outside of the lobby, featuring her coworkers wishing her their best in this new stage of her life.
Once the tribute was organized, Now Jade Riviera Cancun team members met the couple by the lobby and led them to the resort’s big screen. The property’s Entertainment Assistant welcomed Mr. and Mrs. M, asking them to take a seat in the special area where they found personalized drinks and snacks. Suddenly, the video started to play, and Mrs. M was shocked to see all of her coworkers appear on the screen. After the viewing, the team gifted her with a special certificate in commemoration of her many years of service.
Mrs. M was surprised and thrilled to see heartfelt video messages from her co-workers during her stay at Now Jade Riviera Cancun, in a celebration coordinated by the amazing resort staff.
Mrs. M was overwhelmed with emotion by the meaningful gesture, and thanked the entire Now Jade Riviera Cancun team for working so hard to make the night unforgettable for her and her husband! Kudos to the staff of Now Jade for putting together such a wonderful evening for our guests.
