The conferences are trying to show the importance of knowing the work of the best chefs and winemakers of the world, tailored to a very interesting topic: The Future of Wine and Cuisine. After the press conference, listen to Chef Jorge Vallejo and New York Chefs talking about their experiences in the most amazing kitchens, different techniques and styles to preserve traditions or local ingredients of countries around the world adding a special touch to create mesmerizing dishes and culinary art. Tribute Dinner to New York Cancun – Rivera Maya 2017:
