They feature curated selections of global wines, expertly chosen by our head sommeliers and restaurant manager and masterfully paired with eight courses of gourmet cuisine. These intimate feasts go beyond simple wine pairing dinners; they are elegant evening events that bring new friends together and old friends closer over a shared inquisitiveness about the world’s finest vintages.

An abbreviated evening version of the comprehensive Vintage Room Dinner experience, the Taste of the Vintage Room affords guests to sip and savor through four courses of Crystal’s artful cuisine with the same expert guidance from certified sommeliers.
*NEW* Lunch & Lecture Program
This midday options takes a more educational approach to wine enrichment for those seeking to dive into a focused tasting session, and save the dinner hours for shared toasts in the dining room and specialty restaurants. Sommeliers will guide participants through the nuances of several vintages, highlighting unique properties of each and discussing the nature of the native regions.
The Ultimate Vintage Room
This twice-yearly indulgence ups the ante of the traditional Vintage Room Dinner, featuring an extravagant menu created around some of the world’s rarest wines. Priced at approximately $1,000 per guest, Ultimate dinners have included such coveted vintages as a 1996 Screaming Eagle and a Chateau Petrus… enough to make our mouths water just writing about them.
Regardless your level of expertise when it comes to the many facets of wine, there is a Vintage Room experience that can expand your understanding, with the help of Crystal’s expert sommeliers – all of whom have been certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers. However, even if you choose to skip the Vintage Room in favor of one of the many creative culinary venues aboard Crystal vessels, worry not. Our sommeliers are more than happy to enrich your dining experiences tableside.
