In the Body & Mind Balance Retreat weekend you will experience deep relaxation with yoga and stretching, personal counselling sessions and movement meditation after Prana Vinyasa teaching in the pool and SPA area of our Susanne Kaufmann™ Boutique SPA. The detox workshop offers inspiration for a nature-based diet. The regeneration is supported by Paco Pérez’s culinary craftsmanship on a high level and with only one purpose: to share experiences.

The Susanne Kaufmann™ Boutique SPA works with Nele and Corinna Wiese for the Body & Mind Balance Retreat. Nele learned the art of Prana Vinyasa Yoga from her teacher Shiva Rea in Costa Rica. This knowledge is shared with stressed city dwellers in three yoga sessions. Corinna is an individual psychological counsellor and presents ways of an encouraging and optimistic lifestyle.
