WOW Story of the Week from Dreams Delight Playa Bonita Panama!

Our story begins when our guest, Mrs. M, contacted the hotel  to let us know her family would be visiting Dreams Delight to celebrate the birthdays of all four family members. Mrs. M, her husband Mr. C and their two children all coincidentally have birthdays in the month of July!

Kudos to the staff at Dreams Delight Playa Bonita for arranging an incredible birthday celebration for guests!

The staff used the family’s beautiful country of Mexico as inspiration to decorate a corner for them so they could feel at home at the resort. In conjunction with other departments including; reception, training and human resources, everyone also decorated their room with the lively colors of the Mexican flag. During their last night at the hotel, the chefs prepared a specialized dinner for the birthday family following the same Mexican theme. When the family arrived at the restaurant, they were elated and surprised to find a decorated spot and private dinner just for them to celebrate their birthdays as a family. Very grateful, the family said that they actually felt at home at Dreams Delight!
