Led by world-renowned yoga instructor, Marianne Wells, retreat experiences will take guests on a journey of self-discovery through experiences that explore all six pillars of holistic wellness – Movement, Spirit, Serenity, Appreciation, Love and Nourishment.

Wellness for All
The program is open to all guests – with no registration or length of participation required – and will offer four optional experiences each day, involving morning movements, lunch and learns, unique activities and evening calm classes.

During a Wellness Welcome Ceremony on arrival day, guests will enjoy a cocktail hour at one of the resort’s most breathtaking locations, including a wine tasting, a delectable selection of organic, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free appetizers, a soothing variety of live music, and an opening introduction from retreat leader, Marianne Wells.
During a Natural Tea Making Class, guests will learn how to incorporate real live plants for tea infusions.

Partner Yoga is a very special activity that will teach the importance of working together.
By participating in our Horseback Riding on the Beach experience, guests will learn and discuss the importance and benefits of working with animals in order to appreciate every aspect of the world around them.
Enjoy a therapeutic horseback riding session on the beach at Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana.
During a Tranquil Swim, guests will be encouraged to appreciate the natural element of water, while relaxing in the calming ocean or one of the resort’s pristine pools.
An Ayurveda for Life themed class will feature open discussions about plant medicine, natural teas, self-care rituals and routines, and more.
A Personal Yoga Therapy class will teach the importance of breathe-move-meditate-eat-rest-love wellness practices. Also during this time, Marianne Wells will tailor her methods to each individual guest, discussing holistic care and Ayurveda spa treatments, as well as yoga poses and routines for specific needs.

A Cool & Calm Brain themed evening class will mark a special time of deep meditation in one of the most natural and tranquil settings.
