WOW Story of the Week: Sunscape Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa

Mrs. & Mr. B, who refer to themselves as “Mama & Papa Bear”, are returning guests of AMResorts, so staff at Sunscape Puerto Vallarta wanted to create a unique welcome for them that would be something different than anything else they had experienced on previous stays.

Taking advantage of Mother’s Day and knowing how much they love their pets, a.k.a “their babies”, the staff obtained a photograph of their dogs, Osa and Teaspoon. The Sunscape Puerto Vallarta staff put together a greeting card and wrote a letter as if it had been written by their dogs, wishing them an enjoyable vacation and promising to behave well during their absence.

The guests were so excited they shared their greeting card and photos on social media and also left a thank you note for all of those at Sunscape Puerto Vallarta who collaborated to make this possible.
