Frenchmen Street
This local hotspot for live music is the place to be on any night, but on the weekends, the fun doesn’t stop until 2 AM or even later. Walk down the street and pop in to any jazz club for a listen, buy a drink and keep exploring until you find your favorite hangout with just the right sound. If you’re in the mood for a snack, try the eccentric and colorful Dat Dog, open until 3 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. Famous for their signature hot dogs, they also offer up a variety of good eats including hamburgers, beer battered cod, and even vegan and vegetarian options on their extensive and affordably priced menu.

Camellia Grille
This historic gem of the city has been around since 1946 and when you walk in the door, you feel the nostalgia. Right in the heart of the Garden District, this classic diner stays open until midnight every night of the week, except Fridays and Saturdays, where the burgers keep grillin’ until 2 AM. Look for the neon sign and the white columns — you can’t miss it.

Crêpes à la Cart
Right on the edge of Tulane’s campus in Uptown, you’ll find the yourself the perfect little treat. Choose from breakfast crepes, ice cream crepes, vegetable crepes, build your own sweet crepes… the menu keeps going and it’s nearly impossible to choose. But don’t worry, you can always come back for more. They are listed as open to “midnight or later” so just stop by for a look-see if you’ve got a hankering for one of these on a late night out.
