When it comes to health and wellness in the U.S., the outdoor activities that facilitate health are highly promoted and in turn it contributes to the health and wellness of the entire population. News have been circulating about the consciousness of American cities regarding health and wellness.

The healthiest city in the U.S., Miami, showcases the best of the best in health and wellness every year. During the months of February and March (you still have time!), take advantage of Miami Health & Wellness Months rain or shine.
Top hotels, spas, golf clubs, medical centers, outdoor activity facilities and gyms put together great deals and events for those who live in and around the Magic City or are visiting from out of town. The ages and fitness levels for these activities vary.
Part of the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau’s (GMCVB) Miami Temptations Programs focuses on unique aspects of everything Miami has to offer each month.

Free Yoga on Lincoln Road will be taking place every Sunday through Miami Health & Wellness Months at 10 a.m. Both locals and visitors are welcome to enjoy great music and positive vibes to improve flexibility and release stress. Don’t forget your yoga mat and be sure to stay hydrated!
Led by Synergy Yoga, Yoga on Española Way offers free yoga classes for all ages every Saturday at 9 a.m. Yogis are encouraged to bring their own mat plus a towel, water and sunblock. Mats can also be rented on-site.
Learn traditional Haitian and West African dance moves at the Little Haiti Cultural Center every weekend. Classes are taught by Delou Africa and Tradisyon Lakou Lakay.
The Little Haiti cultural center combines live entertainment, delicious food and vibrant art, so even when dance classes are over, stick around a while. There’s plenty to do at the Center and in the area.
If you’re next-level passionate about health and wellness, why not attend the second annual Health & Wellness Expo, taking place on the West Plaza at 5th Base at Marlins Park on March 29th, 2019.
From 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. the expo will be open to the public and will offer free services such as health screenings and massages, while interactive stations will be giving away prizes, samples and much more.
