Crystal Symphony debuted last week with a chic new look in Penthouses, public spaces, and most deliciously, brand new restaurants. While we know there is no substitute for a gourmet feast paired with your favorite wine or Crystal cocktail, and served graciously by Crystal’s renowned crew, we’re delighted to share a taste of the delectable onboard cuisine that awaits you on your next voyage.

One of the new restaurants aboard our stunning ship is Churrascaria. This Brazilian-inspired grill and fresh buffet venue features heat and spice, meat sliced and served tableside in traditional fashion, complemented by a diverse array of flavors in the form of handcrafted sauces and sides that will bring the whole meal together. Select meats prepared on a churrasqueria, or traditional Brazilian grill, carved on demand and include Beef Picanha, Beef Filet Mignon, Parmesan Chicken Drum Sticks, Garlic Baby Lamb Leg, Baby Back Pork Ribs, Garlic Shrimp, Brazilian Sausage, and even a Golden Pineapple. Chimichurri Rojo, Molho à Campanha (Country Salsa), Aji Amarillo and other complementary sauces round out your palate of South American flair.

Savory specialties from the grill are served tableside at Churrascaria.

Churrascaria’s offerings extend far beyond the grill, also featuring customary flavors of the region like Fried Plantains and Feijoada (Brazilian bean stew with pork knuckles). A dedicated churro station – yes, churros so good they deserve their own area of the vibrant eatery – offers chocolate, caramel and strawberry sauces and cinnamon sugar for your post-dinner pastries.

Also new to the culinary scene aboard Crystal Symphony is Silk Kitchen & Bar, located adjacent to the Trident Grill. Family-style traditional Chinese comfort food includes some of the favorites of the region.

Throughout the ship, comprehensive menus that suit virtually any palate are served. Vegetarian menus, classic favorites, modern gastronomy, extensive wine lists that reflect the best wine regions in the world, and much more round out the flavor profiles found on board. Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature Black Cod and Lobster with Truffle Sauce highlight the menu in Umi Uma, while artistic desserts and Michelin-inspired specialties abound in Waterside, formerly the Crystal Dining Room.
