Maryland Hall is an arts center dedicated to the creative arts community in Annapolis. The center offers a series of galleries for the public to enjoy, which include variations of visual arts, sculptures, ceramics, and much more. They have five galleries that they use to showcase different exhibits throughout the year and classes that teach a range of dancing, art and music. Maryland Hall also offers musical performances and activities to the public as well.
What’s better than dinner and a show? 49 West is a not only an art gallery and concert venue but a restaurant as well. Each month, the venue features work from different artists and provides an opportunity for the community to meet the artists the first Sunday of each month. They also have weekly concerts from local bands and plenty of events involving the community. And after you soak in some culture, you can always catch a bite to eat at the restaurant, which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
