Foie Gras @ V Restaurant, Paris (Hotel Vernet)

#XperienceTravelTheTaylorWay

Looking to enjoy the new summer menu by Robe Richard at the V Restaurant?  How about  The Foie gras: Duck foie gras with tuna, beetroot perfumed with wasabi.

THE V, THE RESTAURANT OF THE VERNET
Under its monumental stained glass dome designed by the famed Gustave Eiffel, the restaurant of the Hotel Vernet is devoted to the pleasures of the senses. The kitchen is visibly accessible through a large window, creating discrete and uninterrupted activity.  The eye is drawn around the room, attracted by the many original works of art from contemporary artists, as if wondering in a true Parisian collectors’ residence.
On the plates, only simplicity and the precision of taste are to be found. The dishes, designed by our Executive Chef Richard Robe highlight the origin and quality of the chosen ingredients, selected to the highest standards.
Stimulate, amaze and surprise the taste buds by creating innovating combinations of exquisite flavours, remembering childhood memories through forgotten recipes, to build a menu like writing a travel log, reinventing in order to rediscover the best of traditional French and international cuisine, such is the mission of the V, the restaurant of the Vernet.  For more information phone 1-888-DDHRM09
