Destination of the Day…..

Tuscany

Tuscany, like a fine wine, has been some time in the making.  It is a region in central Italy, its capital is Florence, and is home to some of the world’s most recognizable Renaissance art and architecture, including Michelangelo’s “David” statue, Botticelli’s works in the Uffizi Gallery and the Duomo basilica. Due to it’s many treasures, Tuscany is possibly the greatest repository of art in the world, from extraordinary paintings and sculpture to frescoes and architectural masterpieces.
