There are a lot of resort options out there for travelers, almost too many if you really think about. As a Travel Advisor, I work with an awful lot of the resorts out there, and when I come across one that surpasses my expectations in every aspect I want to share it with the traveling public and also give a shout out to the resort itself for the fabulous job they have done

One of the hottest new destinations to visit is a gated community on the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic, just a short commute from the airport is the Dominican’s best kept secret, Cap Cana. With more than 3 miles of white sandy beaches, crystal clear blue waters, coral reefs, palm trees and sanctuaries; it is easy to see why this destination has quickly become the hottest vacation destination. Regarded as one of the top deep sea fishing & diving locations in the world. It is a paradise of luxury and comfort, where hospitality knows no boundaries.

Exclusive getaways, unforgettable moments, unique experiences, and incredible settings is host to my resort shout out which goes out to one of the finest resorts in Cap Cana, Alsol Tiara Collection. This is the newest resort in the Alsol luxury collection. Tiara Cap Cana is a new free-style property situated in the heart of Cap Cana and features spacious suites with swim out pools with views of the ocean & the marina. Guests can enjoy a superior level of service, a secluded beach just steps away, three themed restaurants, three bars, a deli café, a free form pool plus full access to all restaurants, bars and facilities at their sister property, Alsol Luxury Village, also located along the marina nearby. One of the special room types that is a favorite among their guests is the swim out The resort opened its doors in January 2015 and has become a favorite to many. With the lush views of the marina and the ocean, there is very little about this resort that isn’t fabulous.

I recently sent a very special honeymoon couple to this resort and as I always do with all of my client xperiences, I contacted the concierge desk to inquire about preparing my clients honeymoon suite for their arrival. As an agent you already know that this may or may not be an easy task, and as a honeymooner you may or may not have been pleasantly surprised when you walked into your suite because not all honeymooners are treated the same.

At Alsol – Tiara Collection, they bent over backwards, sideways and upside down to work with me to make my clients stay as special as possible. Unlike most resorts, their team immediately responded to my email inquiry, went out of their way to provide my clients with an upgrade to their room, decorated their bed with petals and a design, had sparkling wine, fruit basket, honeymoon banner on their door and they were welcomed by the Director of the resort. Talk about being treated like royalty. Their customer service is some of the best in the business and I couldn’t allow their professionalism and graciousness to my clients go unnoticed. There are many resort chains out there (that shall remain nameless) that could take a lesson or five from the members of the Alsol teams.

As a Travel Advisor, the ease at which they are to work with not only made my job enjoyable, it allowed me to be stress free about my clients arrival because I knew it was going to be nothing short of Fabulous.

There is nothing more aggravating than numerous attempts to a resort to set up a clients arrival only to get no where or sent on a wild goose chase. Those resorts are one and done in my book unless they are specifically asked for because when I can’t receive timely answers from the management of the resort it makes me wonder what type of service my guests are going to receive not only upon arrival but throughout their stay.
